The biggest bicycle in the world?

We need about 200 people to take part in an amazing spectacle designed to promote Bradford on Avon, as the Tour of Britain comes through the town on Friday 12 September.
BAFTA-winning set designer Bill Laslett has designed a 20 x 50-metre (HUGE) cycle ‘sculpture’ – with moving wheels – made of people! It will be filmed from a helicopter and broadcast on tv channels worldwide. Now we just need YOU to make it happen!
The human bicycle will be set in motion at Hartley Farm, Winsley, at 10.30am on Friday 12 September . Everyone taking part will need to be there by 10am, to get into position – there is plenty of parking at Hartley Farm – and will also need to attend a rehearsal (very important) at 11am on Wednesday 10 September.
The film will be shown on tv in more than 100 countries worldwide – be part of it and put Bradford well and truly on the global map!
Please share this with all your local contacts: we need YOU to make this happen.
If you would like to take part, email townclerk@bradfordonavontowncouncil.gov.uk
Thank you very much
John Potter

Mayor of Bradford on Avon
