The Town Council requires an Administrator in this beautiful Wiltshire town.
In this role you will be expected to provide administration support for the Town Council. Attend to visitors and deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face for the Town Council and St Margaret’s Hall:
– Supply information regarding the organisation to the public, Councillors and customers.
– “Sign-posting” enquiries to more appropriate organisations
– Provide administrative support to the Town Council, Tourist Information Centre, St Margaret’s Hall and emerging activities.
Applicants for the position should be self-motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to plan and prioritise. They need excellent interpersonal skills.
