COVID-19 Community Volunteer Sign Up The Bradford on Avon Community Emergency Volunteers (CEVs) are a voluntary group dedicated to helping our community during civil emergencies and are supported by the Town Council. During this challenging time, it's all the more important for the community to look out for one another, helping to keep each other healthy and to stay safe.
