We all know that we should be eating plenty of food from plants and moderate our consumption of animal-sourced foods. However, the speakers will help us understand the principles of sustainable farming, why specialist arable farmers are being encouraged to return to mixed farming, and progress with the global farm metric (which measures how sustainable food production is on individual farms and will aim to help retailers and shoppers make more sustainable choices), how Tim May is continuing to make innovative changes to improve sustainability at Kingsclere Estate, and much more.
