Annual Council Meeting

Members at the Annual Council Meeting will elect the Mayor and Deputy Mayor for 2021-22.

Due to COVID-19, a maximum of 50 people may attend, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. COVID-safe guidelines must be followed at the venue, including wearing masks (unless medically exempt) and Track and Trace registration.

The Full Town Council carries out the following:

• Sets the precept (local town council tax) for the year.
• Agrees policy and considers reports referred by committees and some working groups.
• Any matters not delegated to a committee or sub committee will be dealt with by Full Council.
