• Wright Minimix Concrete Pumping Ltd, of Warmley in Bristol, pleaded guilty at Salisbury Court on 27th January, were fined £900 and ordered to pay costs of £500 together with a £90 victim surcharge. The company had previously pleaded not guilty and the matter was set for trial on January 27 until they changed their plea at the last minute, hence the larger fine and costs.
  • Thomas Silvey Ltd, of Yate, pleaded guilty at Swindon Court on 4th February, were fined £550 and ordered to pay costs of £200 and a £55 victim surcharge.
  • Brit European Transport Ltd, of Crewe, pleaded guilty at Swindon Magistrates Court and were fined £550 and ordered to pay costs of £200 and a £55 victim surcharge.
