Road Closure – B3105 Leigh Road West, Bradford on Avon
Wessex Water will be working in your area to make improvements to the sewer network. The project involves constructing a new sewer in the carriageway of the B3105 Leigh Road West.
How will the work affect you?
Work will begin on Tuesday 4 January 2022 and is expected to take up to 15 weeks to complete. Unfortunately, there is a need to close the B3105 Leigh Road West to through traffic in order to construct the new sewer safely.
The road will be closed from the junction of the B3109 Leigh Road to the junction of the A363 Bath Road from Tuesday 11 January 2022 for up to 13 weeks. Diversion routes will be in place to redirect through traffic but access for residents and businesses will be maintained.
There may be some noise disruption while the work is carried out, but every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum and complete the work as quickly as possible.
The normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm. There may be some Saturday working.
