Christmas is fast approaching and we’re busy preparing for our Christmas Lights Switch On event happening on Friday 29 November.

Last year’s event was amazing, and even though it’s said every year, it truly was the biggest and best one yet.

To make the event even more special, we’re inviting as many local businesses as possible to join in and help bring families, residents, and visitors into the town centre.

We’ll have the big traditional Christmas tree in Westbury Garden, sponsored by the Lions Club, the railway station tree sponsored by GWR, the Tithe Barn tree sponsored by the Preservation Trust along with the Giving Tree in Lamb Yard.

We’re also organising smaller lit trees to be displayed above shops, restaurants, cafes and businesses. These trees add to the festive spirit and we want everyone to have the chance to participate.

As part of the town’s business community, we’re reaching out to ask if you’d like to have a tree above your shop front.

We’ve spoken with the tree supplier, and the price is still £43 (plus VAT) for the third year in a row.

If you’re interested in getting a mini-Christmas tree for your business, please complete the below form.

We’re excited to celebrate the season and hope you’ll join in the fun. After all, BoA is the reason for the season!
