Bradford on Avon residents are urged to take care as winds of up to 80mph are forecast for Friday.
STORM EUNICE is expected to hit Wiltshire tonight and persist throughout Friday.
An Amber warning is in place form the Met Office, which means there is a greater chance of severe weather.

This could cause travel delays, road and rail closures, power cuts and the potential risk to life and property.
To help keep yourselves and others safe, it is advised that you consider the following:
- Secure loose items in your garden, such as trampolines and furniture covers.
- Consider if you need travel. If you don’t, it may be best to stay at home.
- If you do have to travel, please take extra care. Drive to the conditions and watch out for debris on the roads.
- If you have spotted a fallen tree or another obstruction on the highways; you can report this via MyWilts.

- There is a good chance that flying debris could result in a danger to life.
- Damage to buildings and homes is likely, with roofs blown off and power lines brought down.
- Roads, bridges and railway lines are likely to close, with delays and cancellations to bus, train, ferry services and flights.
- There is a good chance that power cuts, possibly prolonged, could occur , perhaps affecting other services, such as mobile phone coverage.
- Large waves are likely and beach material is likely to be thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties, and flooding of some coastal properties seems likely.
- It is likely there will be falling branches and some uprooted trees.
