We have 4 electric vehicle (EV) charging points by the Youth & Community Centre off Frome Road.
The chargers are all 7 kilowatts – 7kW.
They are operated by EB Charging – a Blink Charging company – on behalf of the council.
Using the charging points
To use the chargers, you will need the free EB Go! App.
This is available to download for free from the Apple Store and on Android from the Google Play store.

How much do the chargers cost to use
The cost to use the chargers is currently 50p per unit of electricity.
There isn’t a separate charge for parking while you charge your vehicle.
Charging the town
The charging points were installed in September 2021.
Since then, they’ve been used over 500 times.
