Does your child struggle with anxiety, stress or behavioural issues? Are they angry, upset, fretting over exams, affected by covid-19 or having trouble sleeping?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, this Stay Calm workshop could help.

Experience mindfulness meditation to create more calm and balance.

Each child may be accompanied by a parent.

My name is Jacqui Gray and I’m a child and teen Emotional Wellbeing Therapist, Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and award-winning author.

Through Mindfulness and Meditation, my workshops will give your child or teen the skills to stay calm, regulate their emotions and combat anxiety; skills they can easily use at home or school.

Please bring a yoga mat or cushion and please bring crayons and paper.
