My name is Jacqui Gray and I’m a child and teen Emotional Wellbeing Therapist, Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and award-winning author.
Through Mindfulness and Meditation, my workshops will give your teen the skills to stay calm, regulate their emotions and combat anxiety; skills they can easily use at home or school.
Each Teen is welcome to bring a friend or parent along.
Please bring a yoga mat/cushion and pens and paper.
