Anna Hughes is a behaviour change specialist, environmental campaigner and flight-free adventurer. She will be joining us to talk about her campaign group, Flight Free UK, which asks people to take a year off flying to reduce climate change emissions and inspire a social shift away from taking flights.
Not everybody flies, but for those who do, flights are likely to make up the largest part of our carbon footprints. Anna will explain the science and talk about how much effect our individual actions can have, as well as share tales of overland travel and success stories from flight-free movements around the world.
