Town Development is a former committee that managed the town’s council’s buildings including St Margaret’s Hall, Youth & Community Centre and more.
Town Development worked to promote the town’s economy by supporting local businesses, tourism and investment.
The committee also supported volunteer groups like the Community Emergency Volunteers, the Tourist Information Centre, and Clean up Bradford on Avon.
These roles have been absorbed by other town council committees as of the 2026/27 civic year.
