Sladesbrook

At Sladesbrook, we look after a park and 2 allotment sites on behalf of the Colonel William Llewellen Palmer Educational Charity.

Sladesbrook is around a 15 minute walk from the town centre – and has far-reaching views of Salisbury Plain and the Westbury White Horse.

How we mange Sladesbrook

Sladesbrook has a large popular play area and the park is managed with open grass for play and picnicking, meadow areas for wildlife and parkland trees.

What you’ll find

There’s a 300m hard surfaced loop – perfect for very young children to learn how to ride a bike.

In the play area you’ll find:

  • a zip wire
  • lots of climbing opportunities
  • swings
  • basketball hoop
  • a blackboard wall.
