Salisbury Mayoral Celebration

The 22nd August saw our Town Mayor Cllr Sarah Gibson, and her partner, attend the Mayor making celebrations for the 760^th Mayor of Salisbury. The service was held at St Thomas’s church, where all attending were reminded of their civic responsibilities and the new mayor of Salisbury was able to set out her aspirations for the coming year.

Cllr Gibson said “I was able to speak to various chairman of parish councils and mayors of the towns and villages in our area, and would hope that these kind of events assist in further collaboration with the other towns and villages of Wiltshire.”
