BoA Youth is searching for new talented and inspired people to join its crew.  

As a small community-focused charity, exciting things are happening, and BoA Youth is looking for new crew members to join its expedition.

Post: Youth Support Worker

Based: Bradford on Avon

Hours: 12 hours per week – ability to work a Tuesday evening from 4.30pm – 9.30pm essential.

Salary: £22,873 – £26,339 (FTE)

What would you need to do?

  •       Provide group-based interventions and activities for children and young people.
  •       Promote and encourage the participation of young people in BoA.
  •       Work with the local community to promote activities for young people.
  •       Work directly with a child or young person to provide direct support.
