Thanks to your donations, we’ve raised over £50,000 for the play area in Poulton Park. And although we had been aiming to raise £60,000 for the second phase of improvements, we’re also really keen to finish the play area.
We’re really keen to finish the play area and, as such, we made a few final changes to the design so we could place an order for the second phase of play area improvements in the park.
What’s coming in phase 2
The new equipment going in will include trampolines, another climbing frame and monkey bars.
When will work start?
We’re waiting to hear about a start date for the works — and we’ll have more information in due course.
The first phase of improvements in Poulton Park was completed in summer 2024 in time for the town’s first ever playday event at Poulton Park last August.
