Yesterday the Government provided updated guidance concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
This morning the Mayor of Bradford on Avon and the Town Clerk convened a meeting of Town Councillors, Officers and the Senior Co-ordinator of our Community Emergency Volunteers (CEVs) to consider and make preparations for such measures as may be required in the interests of public health.
In addition, the Town Council and the CEVs are pooling their communication resources to provide residents with further information as it becomes available.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and take appropriate steps.
