This week, judges from the South West in Bloom competition visited Bradford on Avon.
Terry and Ian – our judges this year – were shown all the work happening in the town, including the work of lots of volunteer groups.
We want to say a massive thank you to all the volunteers who help make the town so great day in day out.
We also held a lunch reception in Holy Trinity Church to thank all of those volunteers and to give the judges a chance to talk with them about their work.
At the church they also saw a slideshow of groups working in the town and took away a brochure to explain everything.
The judges won’t announce the result for a few months yet, but what we can say is that Bradford on Avon is a town to be proud of.
