Our new Bradford on Avon skatepark at Poulton Park opened in late summer 2023 and was designed by Maverick Skateparks. The high-quality concrete surface provides ultra-smooth transitions and a great mix of obstacles.

The £250,000 project was made possible thanks to a collaborative fundraising effort led by the town council, local organisations like SkateBOA, and countless individual supporters. The total was raised through a variety of community events and fundraising drives.

The park features:

• a 5ft bowl with vert section
• 4 quarter pipes
• 2 hips and a classic bank-to-bank
• rail, manual pads, curbs and more.

Getting to the skatepark

There are lots of ways into Poulton Park on foot and on bike:

  • from Poulton
  • from Baileys Barn
  • from Kennet Gardens.

The nearest car park to the skatepark is the Canal & River Trust car park at the end of Bailey’s Barn.
