We’re supporting the local Lions in putting on the Fun Dog Show & Autumn Fete this September.
The event, which is sure to bring the community together again, will take place on Saturday 12 September from 1pm to 5pm.
Proceeds raised as part of the event will go to supporting local charities and play areas.
Registration for the dog show opens at 1pm, with judging for the first class beginning at 2pm. Entry costs £3 per dog, per class.
The event will also feature:
- dog obedience demonstrations and have-a-go doggy agility
- dog temptation alley
- dog-themed face painting, a photobooth, tarot cards and reiki
- fairground rides
- hot and cold refreshments
- online charity raffle with over 25 fantastic prizes.
A spokesperson for the Lions said: “We are looking forward to welcoming families and friends, alongside their 4 legged companions to our fantastic event.
“Every raffle ticket purchased, every dog entered and every visitor helps raise money for local people and local causes.”
