About Councillor Blackwell
I am very grateful to be re-elected to the town council and I’m looking forward to working together as a new team of 12 councillors to make our town an even better place to live, work and visit. As a keen walker and cyclist, I’d like to focus on promoting active travel and ensuring the town is safe and accessible for all. Having an inclusive and welcoming community is also key. I’m also keen to ensure the town council provides spaces and events where residents of all generations can make the most of all our town has to offer.
