Next steps for the future of Poulton Park

With the new skatepark finished, the town council is keen to hear your views on other ideas that have been suggested for Poulton Park – and for your thoughts on the initial design for the play area in the park.

There are information boards and copies of the play area design in the park, in the library and in the town council’s office on Kingston Road. In addition to this, Town Council officers will be on hand at Poulton Park to discuss these ideas on the following dates:

Monday 16 October– 10am-12pm

Tuesday 17 October – 2pm-4pm

Wednesday 18 October – 8am-10am

Thursday 19 October – 4pm-6pm

Friday 20 October – 12pm-2pm

We will also be at the Community Centre from 11.30am until 1pm on Thursday 19 October.

These explain what’s happened since the town council became responsible for the park in April 2022.

The boards also detail what’s next for the park – and talk about some of the ideas that have been put forward by people in the town.

The information boards and the play area design are also on the council’s website – along with 2 short surveys giving everyone the chance to have their say on the park and on the play area.

Alongside the online survey, paper copies of the survey are available from our office.
