We’re hosting a free screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing at 7pm on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
We’re facing a growing climate and nature emergency, but many of us have never had the opportunity to hear the evidence and understand what it could mean for our future.
The People’s Emergency Briefing is a 50 minute film bringing together scientific evidence about the climate and nature emergency, the challenges we face and the benefits of taking action.
The film is being screened in communities across the country, with the aim of helping local communities, organisations and decision makers engage with the same evidence and start conversations about what we can do together.
What to expect
The film sets out the serious threats facing our climate and natural world using scientific evidence, while also exploring the benefits of working together and taking action.
Following the screening, there will be an opportunity to discuss the issues raised in the film with other people attending. The discussion will be structured and led by a panel or facilitator.
