Bradford on Avon Town Council has relaunched the popular BoA Shop Local scheme to help businesses through difficult economic times.
The newly revamped scheme was relaunched on Thursday, 1 December – to coincide with the Explore BoA Advent Calendar.
The Town Council will update its Explore BoA website (www.bradfordonavon.co.uk) with the latest offers and promotions as they are submitted by the town’s wonderful businesses.
A spokesperson for the Town Council said: “The Town Council is excited for the relaunch of BoA Shop Local.
“Officers have worked to revamp the scheme to better support businesses in advertising sales, offers and more.
“What’s more, when you regularly shop locally, businesses can increase stock ranges, and new shopkeepers will be attracted to the town.
“Businesses in the town will be able to use the page to fill in the information about their deals which will be promoted across social media.”
The aim of the scheme, originally launched in 2020, is to encourage interest and spending in local businesses – which is good not only for the community but will reduce your carbon footprint.
